Purchasing Intern - Excelsior Hotel Gallia

Excelsior Hotel Gallia is looking for an intern for the Purchasing Department.

Main activities:

• Support in managing and monitoring orders of food supplies, beverages, and materials for the property


• Assistance in researching and comparing quotes from suppliers, evaluating quality and prices


• Filing and document management activities


• Collaboration with different hotel departments to ensure compliance with company standards


• Support in warehouse management and periodic inventories

Requirements:

• Precision, organization, and attention to detail


• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in team


• Good knowledge of Italian and English language
