Assistant Vice President KYC/AML

Your Role:

• 
  You will be involved in the management of team of AML administrators including the prioritization and monitoring of work queues.
  


• 
  Participate in the oversight of AML processes on new and existing business to ensure company and regulatory objectives are achieved.
  


• 
  Act as key point of contact for AML queries and escalations.
  


• 
  Ensure AML management reporting for the firm and clients is produced within agreed time schedules.
  


• 
  Manage Client SLA obligations and operational deliverables.
  


• 
  Develop strong working relationships with Clients, MLRO’s, shareholders, regulators, auditors and other external and internal parties as required.
  


• 
  Interact directly with senior business management in a decision-making capacity in Ireland and other applicable jurisdictions.
  


• 
  Implement and enhance the AML operational procedures and adherence to policies.
  


• 
  Assist the business in coordinating and implementing regulatory changes.
  


• 
  Involved in the motivation, performance management and development of staff (including AML training) to provide the highest level of service to all internal and external clients.
  


• 
  Ensure benchmark KPI's are achieved and exceeded where possible.
  

About You:

• 
  You have 5 to 7 years AML related work experience in a financial services institution, preferably Funds Industry (Hedge and Private Equity);
  


• 
  Demonstrate excellent knowledge of AML Regulations in Ireland and other jurisdictions such as Cayman, Guernsey Luxembourg, and Malta;
  


• 
  Expertise and understanding of the Transfer Agency business; experience in Private Equity or Real Estates funds is an advantage but not a pre-requisite;
  


• 
  Knowledge of regulations impacting the financial services;
  


• 
  Demonstrated leadership experience coupled with superior communication skills.
