Audit Manager Bank - PSF

Following our impressive growth record, we keep expanding our team and we are looking for a Manager to join our team in the field of Bank (Professionals of the Financial Sector (PSF).

As an Audit Manager you will be in charge of a prestigious client portfolio, and you are expected to:

• Lead and coordinate, coach and develop audit teams during fieldwork;
• Design and implement audit plans;
• Monitor budgets and ensure the quality of audit documentation;
• Review fieldwork on an ongoing basis to ensure high standards and deliverables and report timely to your superiors;
• Contribute to efficient staff planning;
• Deliver clear reports with valuable insights to our audit clients;
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in financial audit within an international audit firm, ideally with exposure to Banking - PSF and Securitization sector
• You have experience with international and local accounting standards and norms such as LuxGAAP or IFRS;
• You have direct experience on regulatory aspects of Banks/PSF clients and the involvement of the statutory auditor;
• You demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills;
• You are an excellent communicator with a client-oriented mindset;
• You have solid organizational and coordination abilities;
• You are business-minded and proactive;
• You are fluent in French and English (any additional language is a plus);
• Holding a professional qualification (ACCA, IRE, etc.) is considered a strong asset and if not the case, you are considering such certifications in the future.
