Your contribution to our success

The team provides the following services : 

1.Fund Factsheet & ESG Reporting

• Produce and review fund factsheets and ESG reports with regular controls


• Maintain templates, content, and disclosures to ensure accuracy and compliance


• Onboard new clients/funds and support digital, AI‑enabled reporting processes

2.Content & Fund Documentation Management

• Support marketing and regulatory documents


• Ensure compliant, consistent, and simplified content across documents and channels


• Use GenAI with reporting/digital teams to implement updates at scale

Additionally the following is expected  from you :

1.Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Manage daily interactions with international clients and prioritize requests


• Prepare monthly reports and quarterly executive summaries with KPIs


• Coordinate with internal regulatory, content, tech, and operations teams

2.Regulatory Consulting – Become a Trusted Regulatory Advisor

• Develop expertise in ESG and fund regulations and market standards


• Advise clients on regulatory application and ad‑hoc disclosure needs


• Anticipate changes and update reporting templates and disclosures

3.Technology, Data & AI‑Enabled Reporting

• Use data tools and platforms to manage reporting data and monitor production


• Maintain process documentation and flag data or process issues


• Contribute to AI‑ and data‑driven solutions and workflow automation

Your skills

• Hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Sustainability‑related studies


• Interest and/or experience in sustainable finance, investments, asset management, or related financial services


• Client-oriented, communicative, and collaborative, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a proactive and pragmatic mindset under pressure, and a keen curiosity for technology and international, regulated environments


• Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of or strong interest in: Python, SQL, Power BI, VBA, data management tools, AI-related technologies 


• Fluent in English; French and/or German would be considered an asset
