In this role, you will do more than carry out tasks: you will use your analytical mindset to question and challenge assumptions, understand how your work fits into the broader process, and propose improvements.
You will:
- Prepare tax returns for Luxembourg companies operating in the commercial, real estate, private equity and industrial sector
- Prepare statutory tax provisions, as well as consolidated current tax and deferred tax calculations
- Assist clients in relation to the EU Pillar Two directive and the Luxembourg legislation implementing Pillar Two
- Analyze accounting information as well as analyze clients' annual accounts to identify tax risks
- Work on correspondence received from the tax authorities, circulars, tax opinions, as well as legal research in the tax code or in double taxation treaties

You:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a focus in taxation, or in law with ideally a focus in accounting or taxation
- Are keen to apply your accounting and legal knowledge
- Are genuinely motivated to deepen your expertise in taxation through continuous learning
- Understanding of tax accounting under Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS and/or US GAAP would be considered as an advantage
- Basic knowledge of the Pillar Two rules (OECD and/or EU Directive) or a strong interest in building this expertise
- Are organized, flexible and take ownership of your files and can manage several assignments at the same time
- Demonstrate team spirit, dynamism and good interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate, constructively challenge ideas and help pull others up with you, contributing to the overall success of our team
- Speak fluently French and English. Working knowledge of German would be an asset
