The Role
We're looking for an Sales Specialist with hunger: to learn sales, to learn telecommunications, to challenge our certainties and to make a real impact from day one. This isn't a seat-warming first job. You'll be close to the action, given real responsibility quickly, and expected to push deals forward fast in a very competitive market.
You'll travel often: expect a lot of time on the road meeting clients, attending industry events, and chasing opportunities wherever they are. You’ll work with a truly stellar team (pun intended), so we hope you’ll truly enjoy your days with us.
What You'll Do
Identify, pursue, and close new business across our connectivity solutions
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects in mobility, enterprise, and government markets
Learn our product suite inside out and translate technical capabilities into customer value
Represent Stellar at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the globe
Oversee the regular invoicing process
Offer outstanding support to our customers
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a small team where everyone's contribution matters
What We're Looking For
Early-career professional with a genuine drive to build a career in sales / business development, with a background in sales, business management, or technology
Hunger to learn about selling, about telecommunications, about the business
The attitude and grit to make an impact and thrive as the underdog
Strong communication skills in English, and French (plus any other language you can bring) and comfort building relationships
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently
Eligibility to work under a Luxembourg-based employment contract
