Sales Associate INA KESS at GRIDx Luxemburg (80%)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Sales Associate (80%) to join INA KESS Ltd. at GRIDX in Luxembourg.

GRIDX is a unique multi-experience destination in Luxembourg, bringing together retail, gastronomy, events, art, mobility and entertainment. Our aim is not simply to offer visitors a shopping experience, but to create a truly special and memorable experience.

In this role, you will represent INA KESS on-site and act as the key point of contact for our discerning clientele.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively and individually advise and assist our customers on the sales floor


• Build positive customer relationships and ensure an outstanding service experience


• Actively sell and present our products and services


• Identify customer needs and develop appropriate solutions


• Ensure an attractive, well-maintained and brand-appropriate presentation of the sales floor


• Support goods receiving, product care, replenishment and inventory management


• Process sales and cash register transactions


• Support events, pop-ups and special activities at the location


• Actively contribute to the INA KESS customer experience


• Work closely with the team and the various partners within GRIDX and INA KESS 


• Take on additional organisational and operational tasks as part of the day-to-day business
  
  

Your Profile

• Professional experience in sales, retail, customer service or a comparable customer-facing role


• Strong customer and service orientation, with a genuine enjoyment of direct interaction with people


• Very good or fluent French skills


• Good English skills; German and/or Luxembourgish are an advantage


• Confident and professional appearance with excellent communication skills


• Strong sales skills and the ability to actively approach customers and inspire them about products and experiences


• Reliable, responsible and independent working style


• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends as well as during events and special occasions


• Team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and varied environment


• Willingness to contribute ideas proactively and, when required, take on tasks beyond traditional sales responsibilities
