Your role

• Lead and oversee all tax processes for investment funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  
  


• Monitor changes in tax legislation and evaluate their impact on existing processes, implementing necessary updates as required.
  
  


• Act as a key liaison with tax authorities, auditors, clients, and legal advisors on tax matters and regulatory inquiries.
  
  


• Proactively challenge and enhance processes for calculating and controlling tax figures to deliver high-quality service to clients.
  
  


• Stay up to date with tax developments across various jurisdictions (tax watch) and actively build a professional network.
  
  


• Manage tax-related risks, ensuring effective incident tracking and timely reporting to management.
  
  


• Serve as the main point of contact for all tax-related inquiries regarding funds, supporting both internal stakeholders (CRM) and external clients.
  
  


• Participate in client meetings and presentations as the subject matter expert on tax.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance or Engineering 
  
  


• 7 years' experience in similar function 
  
  


• Fluent in french and english 
  
  


• Economic, financial and accounting knowledge
  
  


• Expertise in international tax environment
  
  


• Excellent skills in tax reporting and calculation for funds
  
  


• Comprehensive understanding of fund administration
  
  


• MFGA (Accounting system) knowledge
  
  


• Good knowledge of various financial instruments and their functioning
  
  


• Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel and SQL queries
  
  


• Client-focused with strong communication skills
  
  


• Demonstrates rigor, methodological approach, high stress tolerance, initiative, and a high degree of independence
  
  


• Priority management, self-organization
  
  


• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, ability to propose solutions
  
  


• Able to actively participate in operational projects
