ServiceNow Support/Admin - CSM & Integration

We are searching for our client, a global IT company, ServiceNow Support / Administrator to join their business in Luxembourg City.

Requirements 

• Overall, 6 years of experience in ServiceNow
  

• Experience with managing complex ServiceNow environments including modules such as ITSM or ITOM or CSM etc.
  

• Experience working with on-premises or SaaS ServiceNow instances
  

• Experience in troubleshooting common issues faced with the platform
  

• Experience in taking handovers from development teams for functionalities to be deployed to Production
  

• Experience in update set management and ServiceNow deployment processes
  

• Experience in performing minor enhancements and development on the platform on already deployed functionality
  

• Certifications: CSA, CAD
  

• English fluent, French desired
