Sr. Service Delivery Manager

• Infrastructure refresh (Design and Renewal of Infrastructure – Compute, VM Ware, Storage, Network and Storage)
  

• Link with the customers 
  


• Coordination of all the BP’s (Blue print/work packages and planning of overall program)
  


• Project Management (Internal and External)
  


• Coordinate with the resources (SMEs and other resources required to deliver the program)
  


• Communicate with the customer (Manage customer communication, track, monitor and report project progress/issues/risks/milestones) 
  

Requirements

• Languages: EN MANDATORY
  


• More than 8 years of relevant experience in IT
  


• Infra background – not application
  

• Expertise on managing infrastructure projects (Design / Migration) focus on vmware , compute, storage, and network aspects
  


• Risk/Issue and Escalation management
