If you are passionate about our brands and products and have a heart for the research and discovery, this role can be interesting for you! As a Consumer Shopping Understanding Manager you will analyse and conduct research to understand market and consumer behaviour patterns and provide reports to Management and all relevant Functions in the Country. Your research outcomes and provided data will be crucial to monitor Ferrero's products performance and key Company indicators. You will also manage implementation of experimental activities at Region or Country level.


Main Responsibilities: (TBD)

MARKET&CONSUMER RESEARCH:



  • Development of ongoing reports and supervising reports of Marketing and Sales Function on: key Company indicators, market performance of Ferrero products as well as behavior and preferences of target consumers identified for specific projects. Sharing the experiences as corporate know-how and producing periodical reports 

  • Organizing fixed / mobile panel studies at points of sale for the different channels

  • Working with external researches providers and defining arrangements for continual and ad hoc research and reporting on market analysis and consumer needs


CSU MANAGEMENT



  • Ensuring of common understating of Consumer Shopper Understanding plans and projects progress at Region or Country level, including such scopes like product demand and stock management

  • Ensuring that activity on Point of Sales is in line with commercial constraints at local level where tests are executed


CUSTOMER SERVICE:



  • Defining the general agreement with the external call centers providers and ensuring that customer feedbacks are collected and that the responses are managed


TEAM MANAGEMENT:



  • Recruiting, managing, motivating, coaching and developing own team 


BUDGET MANAGEMENT:



  • Taking part in the process of country budget creation regarding market researches activities 

  • Monitoring performance against approved budget, providing status report and taking action


MAIN COLLABORATION WITH:

Marketing Function, Sales Function, External Research Providers, External Call Center Providers


Who we are looking for:


  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Economics or Marketin

  • Ideally around 6 years’ experience of Market Research 

  • Experience and knowledge on FMCG market, preferably Confectionary segment

  • Client-side experience is essential. Previous research agency experience would also be beneficial 

  • Understanding of different markets and cultures

  • Fluent English
