Junior Finance & Accounting Assistant (Summer job/Intern)

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented trainee or student to join our finance team in our Luxembourg office near Cloche d’Or. This is a versatile role designed to give you hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. What you will do

You will work closely with our Accounting Manager on a variety of missions, including:

• Period-End Closings: Assisting with monthly and quarterly closing processes (clôtures) and ensuring data accuracy.


• Financial Analysis: Supporting the preparation of reports.


• Cash Management: Helping with daily treasury tasks, bank booking and bank reconciliations.


• Accounting Support: Assisting with invoice processing, expense reports, and general ledger maintenance.

Skills

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.


• A strong command of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) is essential. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.


• Fluency in English is required.


• You are organized, curious, and not afraid to dive into the numbers. You have a "can-do" attitude and enjoy working in a team.
