Operation Officer Intership (6 months)

Under the supervision of the team, the intern will:

• Assist in monitoring and processing trading activities (allocations, confirmations);
• Support the follow-up of transactions and settlement processes;
• Help manage internal queries from Front Office and other stakeholders;
• Contribute to operational controls (cash and securities reconciliations);
• Assist in handling corporate actions;
• Support the preparation of client, regulatory, and tax reporting;
• Participate in data management and quality controls;
• Assist in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives;
• Collaborate with various departments (Front Office, Back Office, Compliance).

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Strong interest in banking operations and financial markets;
• Fluent in French with a good command of English;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and AI LLM / vibe coding;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Team player with good communication skills.
