The Sales Intern supports the Sales team by helping to organize and maintain information throughout the sales cycle, from preparing prospect data to coordinating meetings. This position provides hands-on exposure to sales processes and tools while contributing to the team’s efficiency through administrative and organizational support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and updating prospect and client lists, gathering and structuring information from internal and external sources.


• Maintain the accuracy of CRM systems by entering, updating, and organizing prospect and client data.


• Contribute to the preparation of internal and external materials, including sales brochures, presentations, and outreach templates.


• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to support the Sales team’s positioning and strategy.


• Sales Management team support.


• Assist in updating and maintaining the Sales Training Manual.

Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Communications, or a related field.


• Good written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a structured team environment.


• Fluent in English and French.

Internship Compensation package 

Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies: 

• Bachelor's degree: €1,000 

• 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250 

• Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500 

Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
