Job Description & Summary

Meet your future team

Join the PwC Experience Center in Luxembourg, where you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and business. You will work closely with designers, consultants, and client stakeholders to co-create innovative, human-centered solutions.

What your role will look like

As a Service Designer Intern, you contribute to shaping user-centered services by translating business challenges, research insights, and data into tangible experiences. You will support innovation initiatives by helping teams design, test, and refine solutions that improve how clients operate and deliver value.

  • Contribute to design thinking workshops and co-creation sessions with clients and internal teams

  • Translate user research and business needs into personas, customer journeys, and problem statements

  • Support the creation of wireframes, service blueprints, and experience prototypes

  • Combine insights from research and market trends to generate strategic design concepts

  • Build and iterate interactive prototypes using design and prototyping tools

  • Design visual deliverables (e.g. presentations, infographics) that communicate ideas clearly and effectively

Your growth and opportunities

Gain hands-on exposure to real client projects across industries, working on innovation-driven initiatives. Develop your skills in service design, stakeholder collaboration, and prototyping through continuous learning and feedback. Over time, take ownership of design components within projects and contribute more independently to solution development.

The skills you bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Design, Innovation, or a related field

  • Strong interest in Design Thinking, innovation methodologies, and service design

  • Working knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g. Figma, Webflow or similar)

  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Mural, MS Teams)

  • English and French proficiency

Ways of working

  • You think critically, analyse information from multiple perspectives and structure it into clear design insights

  • You collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and actively contribute to shared outcomes

  • You demonstrate curiosity by exploring new ideas, tools, and approaches to solve complex challenges

  • You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation

Take your next step

Create meaningful experiences that reshape how businesses operate and deliver value. Work alongside experts and clients to bring innovative ideas to life in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment. Build your skills, expand your impact, and help define what’s next in service design. Grow here. Go further.
