Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.

Your team
As part of the Region Europe Luxembourg, you will join our team Germany Luxembourg, which plays a key role in the Private Banking market of Julius Baer’s European Hub.

Based in the heart of Europe, this internationally oriented team is dedicated to serving (U)HNWI clients in Luxembourg and the neighbouring German regions as well as clients looking for diversification within the EU.

YOUR CHALLENGE

During the programme, you will work together with your team colleagues in order to gradually take on the following tasks:

• Assist Relationship Managers (RM) and Relationship Manager Assistants (RMA) in their day-to-day work servicing clients:

  • ensuring proactive and high-quality service and timely responsiveness to clients and prospects in all related tasks,

  • participation in client meetings, calls and business trips

• Active involvement in prospecting activities (event participation, contact management etc.)

• Active participation in all graduate trainings and local “learning tour" of the various relevant departments in Luxembourg

• Learning of the Julius Baer offering and usage of the main Julius Baer research publications

• Proactive networking within the bank

• Ensure always adherence to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations & policies etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in economics, banking, finance, business administration (graduation max. 12 months ago)

• Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets, internship or first practical experience in Wealth Management is a plus

• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth by becoming an Associate Relationship Manager after the Graduate Programme

• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

• Very good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance

• Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality

• Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility

• German, fluent in English. Luxembourgish and French being a plus

• Eligibility to work in Luxembourg
