Work you’ll do 

• 
  

  Lead the team in delivering proposals and projects relating to governance reviews, compliance risk review, compliance framework development 

  
  

• 
  

  Support the team in delivering proposals and projects relating to policies and procedures  

  
  

• 
  

  Support the team in developing research oriented thought leadership publications 

  
  

• 
  

  Contribute input on matters relating to Governance, Risk and Compliance as part of projects with clients 

  
  

• 
  

  Provide specialised advice to clients on integration of technology in relation to Governance, Risk and Compliance 

  
  

• 
  

  Conduct research on emerging compliance topics 

  
  

• 
  

  Support in capacity building initiatives (e.g. preparation of materials for trainings and workshops)

Requirements 

• 
  

  A Bachelor or Masters degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, Philosophy  related field. 

  
  

• 
  

  Proficient in compliance work as well as policy formulation and analysis. 

  
  

• 
  

  Have at least five (5) years of experience in conducting compliance benchmarking, regulatory surveys, risk assessment.  

  
  

• 
  

  Project experience in the area of integrating technology in Governance, Risk and Compliance framework. 

  
  

• 
  

  Good knowledge of both global developments on compliance issues.
