(Mall Operation)

Job description
• Responsible on day-to-day mall operations & 3rd party tenants’ affair which includes facilities repair & maintenance, housekeeping, renovation & fit out process
• To ensure tenants are compliance to business terms & conditions and safety audit

Job requirement
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Economics / Marketing / Finance / Commerce or its equivalent
• Candidates with relevant working experience in Tenancy or Mall Operations will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

(Leasing)

Job description
• To prepare business proposal for vacant lot include of selection of tenant process and rental negotiation
• Perform market analyst on customer spending behavior and trend
• Prepare renewal and termination proposal of tenants
• Prepare tenants’ performance evaluation reports

Job requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Economics / Marketing / Finance / Commerce or its equivalent
• Candidate will workinf experience in Tenancy or Leasing will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

(Marketing & Communication)

Job description
• Responsible on marketing and A&P for the mall
• Communicate and collaborate with tenants with joint-events, newsletter, and social media advertisement to attract more visitors
• Organize mall events and activities such as festive season activities and school holiday event
• To conduct tenants & customers survey to enhance the service delivery level

Job requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications/ Advertising or its equivalent
• Candidate will workinf experience in Tenancy or Marketing will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal & presentation skills
• Creativity mind and always update to market trend
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
