Accounts Manager

• Responsible to supervise, guide and coaching the accounts personnel
  
• Ensure that all month end closing deadline is met and timely submission of relevant reports
  
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all financial and accounting reporting as imposed by all relevant regulatory bodies.
  
• Reporting and presenting accurate and timely financial information in accordance to MFRS, group policies, legal and regulatory compliance imposed by all relevant regulatory bodies.
  
• Proactively assess the financial implications prior to the adoption of effective accounting standards.
  
• Perform checking accounting entries, journal voucher and review of monthly accounts prepared by subordinate.
  
• Preparation of year-end audit and tax schedules, liaise with company auditors, tax agent on all statutory matters.
  
• Responsible to liaise with auditors, tax agents, regulatory bodies and any relevant parties.
  
• Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Management.
