Penerangan Pekerjaan - Admin Executive

We are representing our client, a growing engineering solutions provider in the fire protection and life safety industry. The company works closely with clients across industrial, commercial, and critical infrastructure sectors, delivering reliable and high-quality solutions.

Location : Prai,Penang

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the Quotation based on the enquiry and submission to the requestor.
  • To follow up on the Maintenance Renewal Proposal Quotation closely.
  • To follow up with vendor/supplier on the parts price and prepare the costing for submission approval.
  • To keep record and updates of vendor and supplier list.
  • Work with Technical and Sales Team to help plan, develop and execute the finalization of maintenance proposal or tender.
  • Act as focal point for any enquiry on the quotation/maintenance renewal commercial matters.
  • To follow up on the materials / parts order and payments status.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Reporting to the Service Manager.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • More than 3 Years of experience in admin & management position
  • Good knowledge in measurement, pricing and preparation of bill of quantity
  • Good coordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills
  • Some knowledge in ISO documentation is necessary
