Administrative Executive (Mandarin Speaker)


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Coordinate and follow up on departmental tasks, projects, and deliverables.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage business correspondence.
  • Support sales activities, including daily pricing updates and customer communications.
  • Assist management with administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administration, coordination, customer service, or sales support.
  • Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools (email, WhatsApp).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and in a team.
