AMEA Performance Intelligence Analyst (Kuala Lumpur-based, onsite)

Role Summary

The AMEA Performance Intelligence Analyst supports campaign reporting, data analysis, and insight generation across OneMars campaigns in APAC & MEA.

This role is responsible for building dashboards, producing campaign reporting, and identifying performance insights that help regional and local teams optimize campaigns and improve future planning decisions.

Working closely with regional planning teams, local markets, and biddable activation teams, the BI Analyst ensures campaign data is transformed into clear reporting and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Reporting Delivery

• Build and maintain campaign performance dashboards and reporting templates.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaign reporting across regional and market teams.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and flag anomalies or opportunities for optimization.

Performance Analysis & Insight Generation

• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement.
• Translate campaign performance metrics into clear insights and recommendations.
• Support preparation of performance reviews, campaign summaries, and learning reports.

Dashboard Development & Data Visualization

• Design and maintain reporting dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio, or Datorama.
• Ensure dashboards are structured for clarity, usability, and scalability across markets.
• Support automation and efficiency improvements within reporting workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with regional and local planning teams to ensure reporting aligns with campaign objectives and KPIs.
• Partner with biddable activation teams to monitor live campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with data and platform teams to ensure reporting pipelines and data integrity.

Measurement Support

• Support implementation of campaign measurement frameworks and KPI structures defined by the Measurement & Campaign Intelligence Lead.
• Assist in analyzing test-and-learn experiments and campaign measurement outputs.
• Ensure campaign dashboards and reporting align with regional measurement standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4+ years of experience in campaign analytics, media reporting, or marketing intelligence.
• Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio, Datorama).
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Basic understanding of digital media performance metrics across search, social, and programmatic channels.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting automation preferred.
