1) GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Admission and GL Verification is required to ensure all data are correct and complies with PDPA rules and regulations. To ensure all patients are given the best service and to achieve the Hospital’s mission & vision based on hospital’s core values.
2) JOB DESCRIPTION
Help patients to verify their policy and request guarantee letter for outpatient / inpatient treatment.
Always practice Standard Procedure and offer utmost hospitality (Greet, Smile and Thank You).
To ensure all information are communicated clearly to patients, doctors and nurses.
To ensure all guarantee letter information/particulars are correct and verified before being given to patient.
100% of Initial Guarantee letter must be obtained before patient proceeds to any kind of treatment.
To collect 90% of deposit from estimated cost for cash patients within 24 hours.
Allocation of bed for inpatient based on their entitlement and arrangement of patient to the respective ward.
To perform any other relevant duties as and when required by management.
To comply and follow instructions and any requirement that requested by the organisation and head of services.
3) JOB REQUIREMENT
Diploma in Business Administration or related.
Proficient in writing and conversing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Microsoft office literacy.
Have interpersonal and communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Caring, honest, and responsible workers.
Passionate and commitment to patient centered care and continuous quality improvement.
High integrity, patience, and high attention to details.
