Assistant Coordinator Medical

Our client is a market leader within the health and life insurance space. Due to continued business growth, we are currently partnering them to look for an Assistant Coordinator Medical in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

• Apply the relevant administrative procedures for all files
  


• Ensure that all procedures have been carried out in accordance to the guidelines provided
  


• Sort, check and distribute emails / files according to the specific instructions
  


• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  


• Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents to medcase
  


• Identify and alert the line manager for anomalies and sensitive files and be a source of proposal
  


• Keep information confidential, and comply with data integrity and security policies
  


• To perform other administrative duties as assigned
  

• You should have graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field and preferably have experience within the Insurance Industry
  


• Strong team player and communication skills
  


• You are service oriented and have strong attention to detail
