Assistant Manager, GS IC (SBF Office) - Advisory & Insight MY

Advisory & Insight is a unit within the ICSO that shapes the next generation of customer and employee experiences. As part of the front-line advisory squad, you will be among the first deployed into new projects to frame problems, discover opportunities, uncover insights and guide teams toward impactful, human-centered solutions.

You will work with leadership to design and execute strategies that propagate, nurture and bring the unit’s human centered values to life both within the bank and eventually, the larger external community.

The role is ideal for someone who is curious, highly collaborative and passionate about solving problems. Rooted in design thinking principles, you will shape early conversations with various business units to ensure their strategies are leveraging key opportunities and are human-centric. This will see you designing and executing different types of activities such as design thinking workshops, developing strategies, interviews, desktop research and more. You will also be collaborating with the unit’s team of researchers to plan more technical pieces of insight-building work.
