Position Summary
This role is responsible to oversee the talent ecosystem and the Leadership Executive Accelerated Programme (LEAP) lifecycle. This role drives strategic development frameworks and executes operational site engagement to build a high-potential pipeline of future-ready professionals, ensuring alignment with Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG)’s strategic focus on people and performance excellence.
Key Accountability
- This role oversees the talent ecosystem and the full lifecycle of the Leadership Executive Accelerated Programme (LEAP) to ensure a high-potential pipeline of future-ready professionals
- Supports the implementation of MAG Talent Management Framework, including assessment methodologies, succession planning, and the 70-20-10 development philosophy
- Coordinate and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to align development actions with business requirements and leadership readiness
- Facilitate talent review and calibration exercises in collaboration with Business Units to strengthen leadership pipeline sustainability
- Conduct talent engagement sessions, coaching, and developmental interventions to monitor progression and program effectiveness across corporate and operational environments
- Champion mindset transformation and change advocacy by embedding leadership behaviors and innovation methodologies within development activities
- Manage the end-to-end LEAP process, ranging from recruitment and onboarding to rotational placement and mentoring coordination
- Conducting regular site visits to airport terminals, engineering facilities, and operational centers to assess LEAP Executive progress and engagement
- Provide consultation to LEAP supervisors regarding performance management, coaching strategies, and succession alignment
- Preparing data-driven reports on talent movement, attrition, and development progress to support management decision-making
Manage vendor contracts and the Talent Management & LEAP budget to ensure cost-effective delivery
Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles with a minimum of 5 years in a senior capacity.
