Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant, Purchasing

Track and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with suppliers to confirm order status, lead time and delivery schedule.
Assist team in goods received match the Purchase Order (PO) in terms of quantity, specifications and quantity.
Assist team to record receipt (GRN - Good Receipt Note) as soon as goods arrive.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
