Assistant Technician Photo Glass

Job Summary:

Provide technical support in wafer manufacturing operations to ensure equipment reliability, safe handling practices, and compliance with cleanroom and safety standards, while supporting daily operations and continuous improvement efforts.

• Perform preventive maintenance by following PM Checklist.


• Changing & handling chemical (Acid & solvent).


• Carry out basic troubleshooting, minor repair on wafer manufacturing equipment.


• Perform daily equipment 5S & maintenance.


• Adhere to safety rules & regulations in a cleanroom environment.


• Support ad-hoc activities assigned by supervisor from time to time.


• Suggest ideas and/or participate in equipment continuous improvement project.

• Certificate in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical or equivalent) is an added advantage.


• Experience in preventive maintenance under manufacturing environment is a must.


• Experience in semiconductor / cleanroom equipment would be added value.


• Good team player, positive & willing to learn attitude.


• Basic verbal & written communication skills (PM Checklist & Shift Pass down).


• PC literate (Microsoft application) Words, Excel, Power Point
