RESPONSIBILITIES

• Luxury Fragrance Consultation


• Elevate luxury fragrance experience & journey with clients.


• Manage fragrance appointments


• Demonstrate the art of fragrance layering


• Increase premium fragrance sell out


• Advance Social Media Skills


• Build brand loyalty


• Fragrance coaching

Your main focus:

• Expert in the entire fragrance catalogue mainly the luxury mainstream.


• Master fragrance customization, personalization and art of gifting.


• Master of specialized fragrance vocabulary and expressive in story telling.


• Capable to perform in person and digital consultation.


• Elevate and entertain clients creating a unique in-store experience, inspiring connections and loyalty.


• Encompass key brands’ expertise and the ability to transmit to peers and clients.


• Strictly adhere to brand’s uniform standards.


• Face of Fragrance Masterclass, VIP Events in collaboration with Education & Marketing.


• Coach team on fragrance selling & client engagement to achieve sales objectives.


• Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude toward achieving sales goal

The team consists of Retail Operations, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Marketing Commercial and Sales, Finance, Supply Chain teams. All your colleagues are collaborative, and you will receive tremendous support for you to excel in this role.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to make a difference. As an experienced Sales professional, you will share your valuable experience with the team, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you should also have the following requirements:

• At least 2 years of good track records fragrance experience with luxury beauty brands.


• Excellent communication, client engagement and presentation skills.


• Good knowledge of raw fragrance ingredients & extraction methods.


• Team player, detail oriented and strong positive mindset.


• Fragrance studies / certification will be a plus.


• Good skin and grooming standards.
