Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving and departing guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner, creating a positive first and last impression of the hotel.


• Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, delivery, and retrieval while ensuring all belongings are handled safely and securely.


• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information on room features, hotel facilities, dining outlets, and available services.


• Safely transport guests, colleagues, and visitors using hotel vehicles in accordance with local traffic regulations and hotel policies.


• Coordinate transportation arrangements, including airport transfers, taxis, and limousine services, while providing accurate directions and local information.


• Deliver guest messages, parcels, mail, newspapers, and other items promptly and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction.


• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and operational condition of assigned vehicles, bell desk equipment, luggage trolleys, lobby areas, and luggage storage rooms.


• Adhere to hotel safety, security, and operational procedures while supporting the Concierge team and contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.


• Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License with a clean driving record.


• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, transportation, or a related field; hotel experience is an advantage.


• Able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.


• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.


• Physically fit and capable of handling luggage and performing duties that require prolonged standing and walking.


• Responsible, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.


• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
