Business Analyst

• Conduct requirements\-gathering activities with clients
  


• Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non\-functional requirements
  


• Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
  


• Drive requirements and design discussions between client and product team
  


• Challenge business requirements to arrive at a solution that is required
  


• Procedure compliance while delivering high quality solutions to the business
  


• Propose, drive and implement best practices in product business analysis
  


• Contribute expertise to the management of existing and new products and services
  

Requirements

• Technically competent with an appreciation for IT capability, as demonstrated by relevant experience and/or a bachelor's/ master’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
  


• Experience in working in IT projects for Insurance companies. The ability to interpret a set of technical, functional, and non\-functional requirements and deliver a robust solution.
  


• Experience in driving design discussions to ensure sustainable end\-to\-end solutions.
  


• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  


• Strong analytical, problem\-solving and synthesizing skills.
  


• Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
  


• Adaptable to a dynamic project portfolio, able to work across teams and functions.
  


• A confident communicator that can explain technology to non\-technical audiences.
  


• Experience in working with in\-house development teams and vendors.
  


• Experience in deployment and supporting insurance systems.
  


• Salary will be based on working experiences.
  


• Working location: Kuala Lumpur
