We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Coordinator to join our growing Kuala Lumpur team.

Role Overview

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, marketing and business development, and wants to build a long-term career in SaaS.

You will support our international sales team by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective customers, maintaining our CRM and helping execute our marketing initiatives. You'll work daily with colleagues in Malaysia, Singapore and the United States while communicating with prospective customers across Europe and North America.

If you perform well, there is a clear career path into a full Business Development or Sales role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support

• Research and identify target companies and decision makers


• Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn and ZoomInfo


• Qualify potential leads and identify buying opportunities


• Reach out to prospective customers via LinkedIn, email and other channels


• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team


• Follow up with prospects when required

2. CRM & Sales Operations

• Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in HubSpot CRM


• Ensure all sales activities are properly logged


• Prepare sales reports and dashboards


• Support pipeline management and data quality


• Assist with sales presentations and customer documentation

3. Marketing Support

• Assist with maintaining the company's LinkedIn presence


• Create and schedule social media content


• Help prepare marketing materials, presentations and case studies


• Support webinars, events and campaigns


• Coordinate marketing activities with the sales team

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)


• Highly organized and detail-oriented


• Comfortable working with international teams


• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills


• Curious and willing to learn about logistics and SaaS technology


• Self-motivated and able to work independently


• Interested in building a career in technology sales

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years in sales support, business development, customer service or marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)


• Experience using HubSpot or another CRM


• Experience with LinkedIn and/or ZoomInfo


• Familiarity with Google Workspace


• Experience creating content for LinkedIn or other social media platforms is an advantage
