Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow B2B sales opportunities for commercial and passenger vehicles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, fleet operators, government agencies, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive, commercial vehicle, fleet, leasing, logistics, or related industries.
• Strong network of corporate decision-makers and business clients in Malaysia.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close sales independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Possess driving license

Preferred:

• Experience selling fleet vehicles, commercial vehicles, or corporate mobility solutions.
• Existing network with SMEs, MNCs, government bodies, GLCs, or fleet operators.
