CAM Programmer

Job Summary:

Responsible for all kind of steel and electrode NC-program for CNC Machine Center, wire-cut Machine and prepares electrode design and EDM Sheet for EDM process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare steel and electrode NC-program for CNC Machine Center and Wire-Cut Machine support to Tooling Personnel and Manufacturing Associates.
• Design electrode, prepare electrode checking drawing for QA and electrode EDM Sheet for EDM process.
• Interpret, identify, record information on job documents.
• Maintains a safe and productive work area. Ensures safe use of equipment in the workplace.
• Ability and desire to meet production schedules and quality.
• Have the capability to identify, analyze and resolve problems.
• Adhere to all safety procedures including wearing all required protective
  equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep work area clean of debris.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Machine Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience, or demonstrated capability to perform the duties of the job.
• Extensive knowledge of CNC Machining code (G code and M code).
• Proficient in operating CNC Machine Center, Wire-Cut and EDM
  machine.
• Extensive knowledge of work planning to keep the program done in time as per schedule.
• Proficient in handling measuring equipment.
