Chargeman

Job Summary:
Enovix is seeking an experienced Chargeman. Chargeman will be responsible for daily rounds and reading attend to facility breakdown and troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance planning and execution according to the maintenance milestone in forecasted Budget. This person is to lead and conduct periodic checking for all facility service contract work to external suppliers and also to participate in all improvement, energy saving and cost saving programs.

Responsibilities:
•To plan and lead shift operation and Preventive maintenance activities toward achieving “Zero interruptions” for customers in utilities support.
•To define and develop clear scope of work for facility corrective maintenance work for Facilities Management system and coordinate the rectification works with good planning and execution with build good working relation with production staff.
•To participate in all improvement and cost saving programs, internal or external training to gain facility operation knowledge (Energy saving program, Predictive maintenance and expense reduction activities and Electrical Safety Program).
•To participates in all improvement project and cost saving programs and expense reduction activities.
•To support department ISO and other certification audits for your respective area by keeping all audit relevant documents in tip top condition. To work closely with
Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) in ensuring safety work practice is enhanced in the company premises.
•To prepare and submits monthly facility preventive maintenance reports and Keep all Preventive maintenance activity in schedule. Need to follow up to ensure task complete and close in timely manners.
•To maintain Facilities system in good working condition by planning Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance program for respective shift operation and strictly follow Enovix guideline.
•To define and develop clear scope of work for Corrective maintenance program.
•To ensure all Preventive maintenance works are according to specification and statutory requirements and follow Enovix guideline, agreed by requestor. PM Master chart need to develop and get approval before starting any activities. Any other duties assigned by the immediate Superior from time to time.
•Comply to ST, DOSH and DOE audit system without any non-compliance issue. Keep PM audit documents in tip top condition.
•Manage maintenance vendor to ensure strictly follow Enovix guideline. If vendors make any violation need to report and take immediate action.

Qualifications:
•Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from accredited tertiary education institution.
•Work Experience: 3 to 5 years in Engineering and/or Manufacturing industry.
•Electrical Chargeman AO, A1, A4 or BO(11KV)
•Specific Job Skills: Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
•Computer Literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
•Language/ Communication Skills: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
•Personal Competencies; Chargeman Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
•Able to work in fast-paced industry environment. Responsible to lead Shift operations and facility preventive maintenance works by having good planning to lead the maintenance towards achieving “Zero interruptions” to customers in utility supports.
