Job Summary: Involves providing clearance and brokerage support to external customers and completing any related administration.
Responsibilities
Complete defined processes accurately, completely, and within deadlines
Follow standard procedures, quality checks, and compliance requirements
Identify, investigate, and resolve routine issues; escalate exceptions
Enter, validate, and maintain accurate data in company systems
Prepare or support basic reporting and data checks
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Collaborate across teams to meet deadlines and resolve issues
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Other duties as assigned
