Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base and increase assets under management, focusing on high net worth individuals

• Provide personalized financial advice, investment solutions, and comprehensive wealth management services to clients, ensuring their financial goals and objectives are met.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, and Product Specialists, to deliver tailored solutions and enhance the client experience.

• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, monitor investment performance, and recommend adjustments to ensure optimal portfolio allocation and risk management.

• Stay abreast of market trends, industry regulations, and new investment opportunities to effectively advise clients and position the bank as a leader in wealth management.

• Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand the regional presence and acquire new high net worth clients.

• Collaborate with other regional managers and cross-functional teams to share best practices, leverage synergies, and ensure consistency in delivering exceptional wealth management services across the organization.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as client acquisition, revenue generation, and client satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen

• Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering or candidates with the necessary work experience are invited to apply

• Minimum 2 years and above sales experience
