We are partnering with a leading global health and life insurer to recruit a Client Services Officer for their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, handling a global portfolio of clients and ensuring top-tier service.

Responsibilities

Claims Evaluation & Administration: Assess and process customer claims efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.

Client & Provider Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance companies, clients, and service providers, both via telephone and email.

Direct Billing Coordination: Oversee and manage the direct billing process with international healthcare providers.

Global Client Portfolio Management: Handle a diverse portfolio of clients, including expatriates stationed around the world.

Healthcare Cost Regulation: Ensure the regulation of healthcare costs for policyholders and third parties, optimising value for all stakeholders.

E-Claims & Invoicing: Manage the electronic claims processing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.

Requirements

Previous experience in the insurance or medical sector is highly preferred, especially in an international environment.
Prior experience in a customer service role will be a strong advantage.

A proactive, "can-do" mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to drive results while working as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.

Fluent in English and Mandarin (speak and write) as you are required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
