3. Ensure smooth flow of the clinic and apply the best clinic management at all times.
4. To ensure all appointments are recorded in ENCORMED.
5. Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups while minimizing wait times and scheduling.
6. Mobility of the workstation.
7. Assist (Chaperon) in any procedure carried out in their clinic.
8. To ensure charges are correct and to justify the treatment plan for the patient.
9. Monthly Clinic Census.
10. May perform work under pressure and other related work, including teamwork, working in harmony with all.
