Contract AM / Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Conduct land feasibility studies to assess project viability, including cost analysis and development potential.
  
• Participate in tendering for new projects, including preparation of tender documents such as Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimations.
  
• Evaluate tenders submitted by contractors and sub -contractors to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budgets are maintained from project inception through to completion.
  
• Identify cost -saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions during both design and construction stages.
  
• Provide professional advice on cost -effective solutions while maintaining quality and meeting overall project objectives.
  
• Carry out any other duties or assignments as required by immediate superior or management.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in tendering, with proven involvement in successful project tenders.
  
• Mandarin -speaking is required due to stakeholder and supplier communication.
  
• Experience handling large -scale projects; exposure to tenders valued above RM300 million will be an added advantage.
  
• Background in property developer is preferred; candidates from consultancy or main contractor are also welcome.
  
• Open to candidates with project experience in infrastructure, commercial, residential, or high -rise developments.
  
• Passionate, driven to tender and pre -contract.
