Controlling Analyst (Leasing, 9 month contract)

Objective

We are looking for a motivated Controlling Analyst to support financial controlling activities within a defined scope. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in finance and controlling.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational controlling tasks, including:
  
  
  
  • Contract reviews
  
  
  • Monthly reporting and budget tracking
  
  
  • Forecasting and annual budgeting
  
  
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis and deep dives on costs and investments
  
  
  • Execute charging activities and manage residuals
  
  
  • Analyze and monitor cost flows
  
  
  • Provide insights on cost drivers to key stakeholders 
  
  
  
  


• Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and reporting tools


• Ensure accurate, timely financial data and transparency for stakeholders


• Independently handle assigned tasks and escalate deviations when required


• Communicate findings using a fact-based approach, tailoring messaging across different stakeholder levels


• Apply predefined solutions and adapt them based on analysis to resolve issues

Requirements

• 
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, or professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  
  


• 
  
  Fresh graduates or candidates with <1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
  
  


• 
  
  Knowledge of financial reporting and controlling concepts
  
  


• 
  
  IT skills: SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, Microsoft Office (dashboard experience is an advantage)
  
  


• 
  
  Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
  


• Able to commit to a 9-month leasing role.
