Coordinator Business Development (Viet Speaker)

Drive the highest levels of quality towards the assigned core customers, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd. Develop a portfolio of customers that can be elevated to LKA. Drive Promote Digital products for Hapag-Lloyd.

• Establish and build client relationships
• Evaluate Customer potential, determine opportunities for growth
• Encourage use of web tools and web quotations
• For selected growth accounts, prepare rate proposals, timely and competitive.
• Give feedback on the market including rates, competition activities, market conditions etc to all relevant stakeholders
• Follow up on customer business, quotations, freetime
• Achieve Core Key Performance indicators
• Examine challenges and problems and generate possible solutions

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a commercial role/customer service role, preferably in the maritime / logistics sector
• Very good command of written and spoken Thai & English
• Strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Positive attitude
• Result driven team player with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Goal and deadline driven
• Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate one’s self for personal development
