Creative Designer

Role Overview

Ryt Bank is building The World’s First AI Powered Bank.
And we’re looking for a Creative Designer to support the development and execution of creative assets across brand, marketing, and product touchpoints.

This role is suited for an early-career designer with strong creative thinking, a multi-disciplinary mindset, and an interest in motion and emerging AI-driven creative tools. The Creative Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to help shape how Ryt Bank looks, feels, and communicates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets across graphics, motion, and campaigns
• Support the development of visual concepts aligned with Ryt Bank’s brand identity
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, product, and growth teams on creative initiatives
• Assist in motion design and animation for digital content and campaigns
• Explore and experiment with AI tools to support creative ideation and execution
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance insights
• Ensure creative outputs meet brand, quality, and timeline requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or similar or self-taught creatives with a strong portfolio and hands-on projects
• Strong foundation in graphic design with ability to also produce motion design
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered tools (e.g. Runway, ChatGPT prompting) to support creative ideation and content creation
• Dare to think boldly, explore unconventional ideas, and challenge creative norms
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Open to feedback, adaptable, and eager to learn

Preferred Skills

• Experience with After Effects or motion tools
• Exposure to AI-based design, animation, or ideation tools
• Understanding of digital marketing or product design environments
• Personal projects or portfolios demonstrating experimentation and creativity
