Crew Leader, Outlet Operations

Job Summary

-Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives. 

General Responsibilities

- Bake cookies and muffins.  
- Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.  
- Ensure consistency in housekeeping of the shop.  
- Ensure the merchandise area is clean and tidy
- Assist in wrapping of gift items
- Assist in product display.  
- Assist in customer service. 
- Leading and guiding teammates in daily operational tasks.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

- Must be willing to work in shifts, on public holidays, and weekends.  
- Must have a positive and good work attitude.  
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.  
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens and 18 years or older.

Education

-Candidates must have at least PMR or SPM qualification.
