Job Description:
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics — ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR
- Build and maintain performance dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- Execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Manage budget pacing, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation
- Oversee tracking setup — pixels, UTMs, conversion events via GTM/GA4
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Identify optimization opportunities and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on paid media or performance marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager — TikTok/LinkedIn a plus
- Strong grasp of GA4, GTM, and attribution modeling
- Confident with data analysis and dashboard reporting
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
