Job Title: Delivery & Logistics Manager

Location: Johor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee logistics planning, scheduling, and inbound/outbound transportation of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with transport providers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, analyse performance data, and prepare operational reports.
• Resolve delivery issues and implement process improvements to optimise costs and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, transportation regulations, and internal SOPs.
• Drive cost optimisation, resource utilisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in plant operations, logistics planning, and transportation management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial).
• Strong knowledge of logistics planning, transportation regulations, cost control, and performance analysis.
• Proficient in logistics software and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
