Developer - Senior Project Manager / PM / AM (Civil or Architect)

• Lead project planning, design coordination, authority submissions, and overall development strategy
  
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders
  
• Manage project implementation timeline, cost, quality, and progress
  
• Monitor project delivery from pre -development to completion
  
• Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements
  
• Support feasibility studies, tender processes, and project execution planning
  

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  
• Experience in property development or construction environment
  
• Strong understanding of development process, design coordination, and project execution
  
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Able to manage multiple project phases independently
  
• Preferred Experience
  
• High -rise residential / mixed development / commercial projects
  
• Exposure to both planning and site implementation phases
  
• Familiar with local authority submission process
