Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and financial performance.
  
  
  • Develop and execute annual business plans, operating budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.
  
  
  • Monitor revenue, profitability, and cost controls to maximize departmental performance.
  
  
  • Drive innovative dining concepts, seasonal promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
  
  
  • Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards, food quality, hygiene, and operational excellence across all outlets.
  
  
  • Review guest feedback and implement continuous improvements to products, services, and facilities.
  
  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
  
  
  • Lead, coach, and develop the F&B leadership team while fostering a high-performance culture.
  
  
  • Oversee recruitment, succession planning, performance management, and talent development within the division.
  
  
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and sustainability initiatives.
  
  
  • Collaborate closely with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, and other departments to achieve hotel objectives.
  
  
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Committee and participate in strategic hotel decision-making.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 10 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within an international luxury hotel.


• Proven experience managing multiple restaurants, bars, banqueting, and large-scale F&B operations.


• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and cost management.


• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.


• Sound knowledge of HACCP, food safety, quality assurance, and hospitality operational standards.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.


• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.


• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving continuous improvement.
