What will your typical day look like?

Joining our Treasury and Capital Markets team as an Analyst, you will work alongside Partners, Directors, and Managers to provide Financial Risk Management advice to Corporates, Banks, and Energy clients. Get involved in treasury across funding, securitisation, derivative valuations and accounting, balance sheet management and market risk management. Expect every day to bring challenges of its own as you work on quantitative risk modelling on one day, and pricing and valuation for derivative and financial instrument products on another!

 

Gain enviable experience in areas like:

• Work on engagements for large banks, energy companies, super funds, and other corporations.


• Institutional banking compliance, conduct and control advisory.


• Investment management solutions for selected clients across all asset classes.  


• Energy derivatives, and renewable energy projects


• Banking regulatory audit and advisory for markets and treasury divisions (APRA/Basel regulatory capital and disclosure standards).


• Cash management and treasury systems consulting, financial instruments, and Hedge Accounting (IFRS 9).

About the team

Job Requirements

• A passion for treasury, banking, energy and/or financial markets, fresh graduate is welcome.

• CA/CPA, CFA, Accounting, Mathematical, Commerce, Quantitative Finance degrees, or FRM qualified or near, or another equivalent post-graduate qualification.

• Preferred with previous experience in providing assurance or advisory support in relation to corporate treasury, banking treasury/markets or energy markets.


• Strong problem-solving ability with a committed approach to analysis.


• Strong ability to structure and produce high quality deliverables.


• Strong sense of team and passion to develop others as well as self.
