Electrical Engineer Staff

Purpose Statement: To perform engineering design services and other related product development and/or product commercialization services. Please refer to discipline core skills for specifics.\n\nKey Job Accountabilities:\n\n * Is visible and recognized by all Design Centers as a technical specialist in more than one area of processes, tools or industry; and/or is visible and recognized in all Design Centers as a cross-discipline Product Development or Commercialization leader\n\n * Serves as an in-discipline technical and/or project team lead, providing technical guidance and motivation for teams, controlling scope, schedule, budget and ensuring overall technical success on small-size to mid-size projects.\n\n * Experience in All and Achievement in Multiple Phases of Product Realization Process as it applies to their role which includes - Conceptualize, Design, Commercialize, Manufacture, Fulfill, Sustain.\n\n * Provides Customer Service leadership by establishing positive and productive customer communications during technical/project discussions, developing innovative architectures and solutions to meet customer needs, and supporting business development engagements and proposal creation.\n\n * Serve as a lead and support in planning technical roadmap/process improvement within their discipline and design center or contribute to xDC continuous improvement activities.\n\n\n\n\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree required with 6 or more years of related experience preferred.\n\n\n\nOther Qualifications:\n\n * N/A\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\n * N/A\n\n\n\nTravel Requirements:\n\n * N/A\n\n\n\nThis document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform.\n
